Fatehi Group is a Dubai-based platform with two distinct arms. Fatehi Capital works with investors and founders on private capital transactions — primarily UAE real estate and AI-sector businesses. Fatehi Health connects buyers and suppliers in the food supplement space, with a focus on the GCC market. Both arms operate under the same standard: direct, selective, and founder-led.
We don't manage funds or act as a licensed broker. What we do is find the right match — between capital and opportunity, or between a buyer and a supplier — and then work to make the transaction happen. The founder is involved directly in every mandate, from the first call to the final close.
Access is selective. We work with a small number of counterparties at any given time, which means every relationship gets genuine attention. If you're not sure whether there's a fit, the best way to find out is to reach out.
