How we handle
business enquiries.
This notice explains how information submitted through the Fatehi Group website is used, protected and shared.
Last updated: 15 October 2026. This notice covers visits to our website, submissions through its business enquiry form and related commercial correspondence.
Who is responsible for your information?
Fatehi Group is the business brand used on this website by Artin Amir Fatehi Commercial Brokerage, a Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET)-licensed business in the United Arab Emirates. For privacy enquiries, email artin@fatehigroup.com.
What information do we receive?
When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the information you enter: your name, company, business email address, country or market, enquiry type, area of interest and message. If you contact us by email, we may also receive your email correspondence and any information you choose to send us.
The website and its security service may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information and security signals. Please do not include passports, sensitive personal details, confidential formulas, unpublished prices or proprietary documents in an initial enquiry.
Why do we use this information?
We use enquiry information to assess whether your request is relevant to our services, respond to you, coordinate appropriate follow-up and maintain the related business correspondence. The form asks for your consent to process its contents for these enquiry-related purposes. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us, although we may then be unable to continue handling the enquiry.
Where permitted or required by applicable law, certain information may also need to be processed to meet legal obligations, manage legal claims or protect the website against abuse. Submitting an enquiry does not create a supply, manufacturing or representation agreement.
We do not automatically add enquiry-form contacts to a promotional mailing list or sell the personal information they provide. If we introduce a separate marketing subscription in the future, we will provide an appropriate choice and update this notice.
Who handles or receives the information?
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and provides the Turnstile anti-bot check on our enquiry form. Cloudflare may process technical security signals, including IP address and browser-related signals. Its Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains this processing.
Resend transmits submitted enquiries by email to our IONOS business mailbox. These providers handle the relevant information as part of providing their services. You can review Resend's privacy policy for information about its services.
We do not automatically disclose complete enquiries to potential manufacturers or purchasers. If an introduction may be appropriate, we discuss what information can be shared before passing identifiable or confidential details to another business. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
International processing
Our website and email service providers may process or transmit information outside the United Arab Emirates. The location and handling of data depend on the relevant provider and its service arrangements. Cross-border processing remains subject to applicable legal requirements, including any conditions or safeguards required for the transfer.
Cookies and security technologies
We do not currently install advertising trackers or behavioural marketing analytics through our website's own code. Cloudflare may use technical cookies, browser storage or security signals needed to deliver the website and distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. For details, see Cloudflare's information about security cookies. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing tracking, this notice and any applicable consent controls will be reviewed first.
Security and retention
The website uses HTTPS and an anti-abuse check for the enquiry form. No online system can guarantee complete security.
Enquiry emails and related correspondence are kept in our business email mailbox until we manually delete them; we do not currently operate an automatic deletion schedule or apply a fixed deletion date to all enquiries. We should not keep personal information longer than necessary for the enquiry, ongoing commercial correspondence or applicable legal obligations. If you believe we no longer need your information, you may request deletion as explained below.
Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may ask whether we hold information about you; request access, correction or deletion; seek restriction of certain processing; or withdraw consent where consent is relied upon. To submit a request, email artin@fatehigroup.com with the subject Privacy enquiry. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information before acting on it. You may also raise a concern with the relevant authority where applicable.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, its service providers or its data-handling practices change. The revised version and its update date will appear on this page.
